Alexandra Panagiotidou

Alexandra Panagiotidou is a highly experienced architect-engineer with 27 years of expertise in detailed architectural design, architectural and landscape design, project management, legislation and consulting services. An active member of the Technical Chamber of Greece, she holds a Master’s degree in Architecture Engineering and a Class C Design Degree in Architectural Design, specializing in categories 6 (Architectural Design) and 7 (Architectural Design in Renovation and Landscape). Before joining KAAF in 2025, she contributed to complex and high-profile architectural projects, including public buildings, transportation infrastructure (such as stations and airports) and the management and oversight of project implementation. Her experience spans design review, construction issues and compliance with key design parameters such as energy-efficient designs, smart buildings and fire protection systems. At KAAF, Alexandra has worked on a diverse portfolio of projects, including hotels, residential buildings and retail spaces for both domestic and international clients.

As a Director at KAAF, Alexandra oversees not only the overall architectural design but also plays a critical role in managing and ensuring the alignment of the design scope, deliverables schedule and auditing processes. She is responsible for organizing and planning the key principles of the design philosophy, validating constructability and coordinating effective communication with client representatives and third-party consultants on technical matters and project milestones. Additionally, she serves as the QA / Main Coordinator. She maintains close collaboration with the CEO, the Operations Manager, Project Managers, Design Leaders and the broader architecture teams to ensure seamless execution. She oversees the daily management of deliverables, budgeting, project efficiency and adherence to deadlines, ensuring that each project progresses smoothly and in accordance with KAAF's high standards.
