Theodora Sideri

Theodora Sideri is a goal-oriented and forward-thinking registered Architect (MArchEng) with a strong focus on problem-solving within the architectural field. Her approach centers on delivering innovative, high-end design solutions, underpinned by a commitment to anthropocentric design principles. Prior to joining KAAF, Theodora contributed to the concept and design development of hotels and resorts, with experience spanning technical design, tender documentation, construction drawings, interior design, as well as 3D modeling and renderings. She joined KAAF in 2024 as a Project Architect, where she has since taken on the design of hotels, housing complexes and villas, with a particular emphasis on material integrity and creating a strong sense of place. Theodora’s design expertise and proactive approach ensure the successful delivery of complex projects, meeting both KAAF's high standards and client requirements, all while adhering to agreed timelines. Her strong design personality and technical skills make her an asset to every project she leads.
