Theoni Drenogianni is a registered architect-engineer with a Master of Architecture (MArchEng) degree from the National Technical University of Athens and an Interior Design diploma from the University of West Attica. A creative thinker and innovative professional, she focuses on methodological research in architecture with a particular emphasis on human experience. Since joining KAAF in 2021, Theoni has been responsible for the delivery of various projects, including the design development and licensing of sustainable hotels, resorts, residential complexes and retail spaces. She is committed to anthropocentric design and social inclusion across all aspects of architecture, with an approach that is sensitive to both location and culture.
As a Project Manager at KAAF, Theoni oversees architectural design projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Her role involves close collaboration with the Director, the Operations Manager and Design Leaders, particularly in the preparation of project evaluations and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). This collaboration is essential for aligning with the firm’s objectives and maintaining client satisfaction, with progress reviewed on a monthly basis. Additionally, she leads the team of architects, managing project teams' efficiency, monitoring KPIs and ensuring project progress according to the firm’s plan for successful completion.
